Citizen Works/Fair Contracts Submits Comments with Consumer Groups to the CFPB on Consumer Survey

The CFPB has proposed a national telephone survey of 1,000 credit card holders as part of its forced arbitration study, required under Section 1028(a) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.  Several consumer groups made suggestions in the attached.
