In addition to a brief keynote from Pat Quinn, the 41st Governor of Illinois, and a viewing of the short film Lost in the Fine Print, narrated by Robert Reich, a full panel discussion will ensue on how consumers and workers are harmed by forced pre-dispute arbitration clauses.
