CFPB Releases Preliminary Arbitration Study Results

Today at a field hearing in Dallas, TX, Director Cordray made remarks explaining the preliminary results of an arbitration study conducted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, pursuant to the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010.
