More Thank You Wanted to Know:  The Failure of Mandated Disclosure

Schneider, the Chauncey Stillman Professor of Law and professor of Medicine at the University of Michigan, have teamed to write this book that spells out the many failures of the disclosure regulatory paradigm and asks why we still use it.  The Contracts Law Professors Blog is currently hosting a virtual symposium on the book here with many leading lights in academia on this issue commenting on the contents.
